Reflexology is the practice of applying techniques of pressure to areas of the feet and hands promoting balance and effecting changes in the body. There is a map of the body on our hands and feet and it is amazing to integrate this technique to help my clients. I enjoy crafting individualized massage and bodywork treatments to meet your specific needs. I incorporate many techniques which may include the use of essential oils, hot stones and more.
In addition to my massage therapy and reflexology treatments, I teach Yoga-Chi and Hydroga water therapy classes that integrate an awareness of movement and breathing for healthful effects.
Clients have described my massage and reflexology treatments as nurturing and intuitive, relaxing and transformative.
I look forward to speaking with you soon. Please contact me at 719-256-4796, email@example.com

Anna Louise Stewart, Certified Massage Therapist
I am originally trained in Swedish massage which has given me a sense of flow and an ability to do muscle specific work, realigning the muscular-skeletal body and addressing specific conditions.
Using firm touch along with focus to your breath, awareness is brought to places of tension and restriction, which invites the body to release and regain balance. This includes visceral tension as well.
Because the abdomen is our physical, emotional and energetic core I tend to include some unwinding of the belly and if needed some corrective visceral work.
Each session arises from the moment so at times I may include movement, hot stones and essential oil. Other times I may just offer you my hands and my presence. 719-256-5324, firstname.lastname@example.org
Anna Louise also does Colon Hydro Therapy and Chi Nei Tsang.

Cindy Tate, Massage Therapist
Body Work and Massage
Body work unlocks movement not only within the body but in other areas as well. Hidden treasure is the theme Cindy uses in her work. Her work allows the body to achieve postural corrections which in turn help to improve emotions and to balance energy. Achieving physical balance plays a critical role in improving endurance, enhancing immune function, and finding equanimity emotionally and spiritually.
"Dis-ease, trauma and stuck negative emotional habits are all related to fear-based energy patterns that have become dissociated, out of phase or out of harmony with your authentic blueprint."
Cindy also does L.I.F.E. Systems, Spiritual Response Therapy, and Circuitry Alignment.
