Reflexology is the practice of applying techniques of pressure to areas of the feet and hands promoting balance and effecting changes in the body. There is a map of the body on our hands and feet and it is amazing to integrate this technique to help my clients. I enjoy crafting individualized massage and bodywork treatments to meet your specific needs. I incorporate many techniques which may include the use of essential oils, hot stones and more.

I am originally trained in Swedish massage which has given me a sense of flow and an ability to do muscle specific work, realigning the muscular-skeletal body and addressing specific conditions.
Using firm touch along with focus to your breath, awareness is brought to places of tension and restriction, which invites the body to release and regain balance.  This includes visceral tension as well.
Because the abdomen is our physical, emotional and energetic core I tend to include some unwinding of the belly and if needed some corrective visceral work.
